Gripstone offers a fun and exciting party alternative! Enjoy 2 hours of excitement with your family and you see why indoor climbing is a great way for your kids to play and exercise!
It’s PARTY Time!
2 Hour Party Includes:
- 1½ Hours of Climbing (Arrive On-time, we are not liable for late arrivals)
- 2 Hour Reserved Party Area Time
- Staff Members to help Run the Party
- Harness rentals for all partygoers

DEPOSIT:
An $150 Deposit is required to guarantee the DATE & TIME of your Party.
FINAL PAYMENT:
The remainder of the payment will be due at the end of the party in a single transaction. We do not allow individual payments per participant, or any fraction of the group.
Weekend Scheduling:
Groups and Parties scheduled for Saturday or Sunday may only be booked during these specific non-overlapping time slots:
- 10:00 am-12:00 pm
- 1:00pm-3:00pm
CANCELLATIONS and RESCHEDULING:
Birthday Party deposits are refundable up to 2 weeks before the party. If your party needs to be rescheduled, please call us at (719) 559-4747. Parties that need to be rescheduled but do not call ahead before the time and date will forfeit the deposit, and will be required to book another party.
FOOD AND DRINK:
Food and Drink are more than welcome to be brought into the facility, but are not provided by Gripstone. Please be aware that food and drink are never allowed in the climbing areas (on the mats). If you’d like to order food from a local delivery restaurant, we’d be happy to provide you with the phone number to the nearest locations.
**VERY IMPORTANT:**
EVERYONE entering the climbing area MUST HAVE a signed Release of Liability Form. These can be filled out when you arrive if you are over the age of 18, but children under the age of 18 MUST HAVE a Parent / Guardian Signed Form and a Photocopy of Parent / Guardian’s Drivers License if they are not accompanying their child, if they do not, they will be unable to participate.

Group Events
Are you involved in a club or group and looking for something NEW & EXCITING to try? Gripstone offers both Standard Groups and Premium Groups to meet your needs!
DEPOSIT:

Groups and Parties scheduled for Monday through Friday may only be booked during these specific non-overlapping time slots:
- 1:00pm-3:00pm
- 3:00pm-5:00pm
- 5:00pm-7:00pm

Groups and Parties scheduled for Saturday or Sunday may only be booked during these specific non-overlapping time slots:
- 10:00am-12:00pm

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- EVERYONE must complete a Liability Waiver prior to the Scheduled Event in order to enter the climbing area (whether you’re climbing or not, a waiver is still required).
- Groups should arrive at least 1/2 hour before the scheduled start time to go through the orientation. Gripstone is NOT responsible for lost time due to processing orientations.
- Chaperones MUST be 18 years old or older.
- Recommended Ratio for Chaperones is 1 Chaperone per 5 Climbers.
