MEMBERSHIP CHANGE REQUEST FORM

Thank you for using our online membership change management system.  Please follow the prompts below to update your membership status or to manage billing information pertaining to your account.

Please note that account changes must be made by the 1st of each month.  All changes must be received by the 1st of the month to guarantee processing for the upcoming month’s billing.

Before moving forward, we would like to clarify the difference between freezing and terminating an account.

Freezing your account reduces your monthly charge to $20 per member in place of your regular dues. For family memberships, each member is reduced to the $20 per month rate. When you unfreeze, you will be billed a prorated amount from the day the account is reactivated through the next billing date on the 15th.

Terminating an account fully ends your membership on the next billing date, the 15th of the month. If you decide to return in the future, you will be required to pay two months up front, which includes a prorated amount plus a full month’s dues, and your membership will resume at the current rate.

For family memberships, please include all individuals impacted by the change, whether freezing or terminating. If the Primary account holder’s membership is terminated or frozen without any other account having also been terminated or frozen, all other account prices move “up” to assume the tier of the frozen or terminated account above them.

Prepaid memberships are not eligible for freezes or terminations. Founding members should also note that terminating an account will result in the loss of their founding member rate.
